We do not in any way condone illegal use of our products what so ever and we cannot be held responsible for customers' unauthorised use. Buying from us means that you abide by these terms.
The Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Linux Satellite Solutions Website. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. Linux Satellite Solutions may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above). You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the up to date terms and conditions.
The Customer will have the option to check and correct any input errors in any orders made prior to clicking the Submit Order button. Once an order has been submitted the customer will receive an Order Reference Number and details of the products ordered. Linux Satellite Solutions will send the same details by e-mail as confirmation of the order being received. Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of any orders and the creation of a legally binding contract between us and the customer will only occur when you receive a second e-mail, this will contain details of how your products will be delivered to you. (On some occasions we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case will be explained in this email)
When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks with Equifax Limited or other agencies. In particular, we may pass your details to Experian for them to check against certain public and private databases. Experian may keep a record to use in future security checks. This helps to protect the customer and Linux Satellite Solutions against fraudulent transactions. Linux Satellite Solutions will inform you if your payment details cannot be authorized for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on the Linux Satellite solutions Website are clearly stated in UK pounds or Euros. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges (all delivery charges are added before your final chance to accept the transaction. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products plus delivery. Any additional services you require (e.g. installation) can be provided at an additional cost, please contact us for a quote. All prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable we will try our best to offer you an alternative. Linux Satellite Solutions will try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, occasionally, errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order or cancel it. This will be done prior to any payments being made. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Payment is deducted when we process and dispatch your order. All items remain the property of Linux Satellite Solutions until payment is received and cleared in full.

Delivery & Installation
Where we Deliver
Delivery will only be made to the credit card holders address unless prior arrangement has been made by Linux Satellite. If this is the case the requested delivery address must be written clearly under the notes section on your order. Linux Satellite will notify you if there is a problem prior to the delivery date. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by standard post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox).
Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
Linux Satellite will endeavour to make all delivery charges as low as possible. All delivery charges depend on the type of product ordered. All orders made before 2pm will be dispatched for next day delivery, but please allow 3-5 working days as it is out of our control once it has left our premises.
Linux Satellite will only charge one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered. Higher charges may apply if orders are made from different categories.
Linux Satellite has the right to apply an additional charge if you require a premium delivery service e.g., Saturday delivery. How we Deliver
Products are generally delivered either by Courier,DHL, Parcel force or by royal mail special delivery.
Our delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding Bank Holidays). Please add an extra day for all orders made after 2.00pm.
IMPORTANT: Linux Satellite will do everything possible to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. You will always be informed if there is an unexpected delay
Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands ,Channel Islands or European countries

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Linux Satellite will endeavour for all its deliveries to be received in the best condition. If any products not received in the order, please check that they have been dispatched by phoning or emailing us. If a product is received and is damaged, please sign for as damaged. When receiving the goods you have the rights to check the items before agreeing to accept them. please report to us within 7 days or receipt of goods if any items that have been received are faulty.
Linux Satellite Solutions Returns Policy
An order can be cancelled up to 5 working days after delivery (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) by either All cancelled goods are returned at the customer's expense and for your own protection we would recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please notify us by e-mail before returning goods, we will advise you within one working day of the return address for the product.
1.Returning the item to the address printed on the returns slip (please enclose the original/copy of invoice and card number used so that this can be re-credited)
2.You have a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, (e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way).
3.We do make a charge of 20 percent of the value of the order to cover the costs of re-packing and re-shelving merchandise.
4.Pre-paid smart cards should be returned in the sealed package sent in. Any 'Free Gifts' received with the product must also be returned.

Return of Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual requirements/circumstances. If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will offer a prompt repair service. We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. Please check your insurance policies for relative cover
If a pre- paid smart card is faulty, Linux Satellite Solutions will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money. We have no control if the channel broadcasters change there subscription packages or rights to view certain channels please note that this MUST be taken up with the channel providers
Any refund due to a hardware fault will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. Linux Satellite Solutions will also pay for the costs of returning goods for replacement or refund. Replacement goods are returned by courier / special delivery. All our products are sealed .
If you not found any seal on any box please inform us immediately. If we not found any seal on return products, the warranty would be void. THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
